The bathroom smelled like sewer whenever you flushed the toilet. We also woke up early to the sound of construction on the roof.

Pleasant

The location. It’s close to the beach, although it’s not beach front. It’s nice and quiet. Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating.

The shower drainage was blocked up. Took a while for the water to pass through, so it remained flooded for a while. There was some mould and rust in the bathroom. The couch was also stained.

The tub couldn’t hold the water. I had booked a sea view room, but the room didn’t have a Sea view. Very dark and scary hallways: not well-lit.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Clean comfortable and spacious room.

It was difficult to adjust the heating.

Location is great but I wouldn’t recommend for family. The ambiance is kinda dark.

Location is great. It takes less than 10 minutes walk to get to Songjeong beach.

The staff weren’t attentive at all. During my stay, the tub leaked and the bathroom floor got flooded. My son’s clothes got totally wet. When I asked to change the room, the staff refused saying the hotel was fully booked. Strangely, we didn’t encounter any other guests, though. The staff was not willing to help to dry my son’s wet clothes.

The room that we stayed. It was very dirty. Bed cover had bad stain. Even after room cleaning service, the wet area had strong awful urine smells and there were broken wood sticks under the hand basin which I do not understand what is that for. Lack of tissue and toilet paper. Dirty cups etc.

Enjoyable stay at this well run hotel

We liked the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless.

We didn't like the sticky plastic on the windows. It was impossible to see out. We didn't like the way the lighting in the room was operated.

I loved the location of the hotel. Close to the beach. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly.

The place was amazing, the only thing is the bathroom curtains was broken and the bath tub plug was not good.

Our family room was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. We also had beautiful views of the sea.

Limited lots for parking but hotel staff were able to direct us to a lot to park.
